采用干灰化法和湿消解法对曲靖市马龙县、罗平县、会泽县、富源县和宣威县产的七彩土豆进行处理,以火焰原子吸收法测定其 Ca、Mg、Cu、Cd 和 Pb 含量.测定结果表明:七彩土豆中含有丰富的微量元素 Ca、Mg 和 Cu,并含有少量的 Cd 和 Pb,且不同县之间的七彩土豆在微量元素的含量上有一定差异.从分析结果看,其相对标准偏差为0.17%~4.6%,加标回收率为89.3%~100.3%.从样品处理结果看,湿法消解比干灰化法的精密度和准确度高,实验时间短.实验结果表明:火焰原子吸收法快速、准确、简便,适用于土豆中微量元素含量的测定.

Dry ashing and wet digestion processes were used to treat the samples from the five counties of Qujing city:Malong county,Luoping county,Huizhe county,Fuyuan county and Xuanwei county.Flame atomic absorption spectrosco-py was used to determine Ca、Mg、Cu、Cd and Pb in purple potatoes.The determination result showed that the purple pota-toes contained a small amount of Cd and Pb and was rich in Ca,Mg and Cu.The contents of the trace elements varied in the samples from different counties.The relative standard deviations for determination of these elements ranged from 0.1 7% to 4.6% and the recovery rates were from 89.3% to 100.3%.The treatment of samples proved that the wet digestion had greater accuracy and precision and need shorter experiment time than the dry ashing method.The result of the experiment indicated that flame atomic absorption spectroscopy was rapid,accurate,simple and acceptable in determination of trace ele-ments of purple potatoes.
