课题组运用概率论与微分学基本理论研究了血液分组化验问题。对于大规模的疾病排查,通过恰当分组化验可降低化验次数提高工作效率。理论推导表明,当血样阳性率在某一确定范围时,通过恰当分组可显著降低化验次数,且血样阳性概率越小,化验次数降低率越高。课题研究虽然针对的是大样本的血液化验问题,实际上分组化验模型并不仅仅对血液化验适用,甲肝的血检、寄生虫病的粪检、结核病的痰检均适用此模型。

With probability theory and differential calculus,we have studied on blood group test model. With regard to great scale blood test (for instance,general investigation of disease),it can reduce the times of blood test by appropriate group test.Theory deduction proves that the smaller of the positive probability of blood sample the higher of the rate cut down for the times of blood test when the positive probability of blood sample within a determine scope.Although this subj ect studies on large sample blood test,it also ap-propriate to stool examination of parasitic diseases and sputum examination of tuberculosis.
