目的：探讨CD34和普鲁士蓝在同一张肝穿刺切片上双染色的效果。方法在同一张肝穿刺切片上先做CD34免疫组化染色，再做普鲁士蓝特殊染色。结果 CD34肝脏血管内皮细胞显棕黄色为阳性，普鲁士蓝染色细胞核和背景呈蓝色，肝细胞中含铁血黄素显蓝色。结论 CD34和普鲁士蓝在同一张肝穿刺切片上双染色，一张切片可提供多项信息，CD34和普鲁士蓝双染色简便、经济、实用，值得推广。
目的：探討CD34和普魯士藍在同一張肝穿刺切片上雙染色的效果。方法在同一張肝穿刺切片上先做CD34免疫組化染色，再做普魯士藍特殊染色。結果 CD34肝髒血管內皮細胞顯棕黃色為暘性，普魯士藍染色細胞覈和揹景呈藍色，肝細胞中含鐵血黃素顯藍色。結論 CD34和普魯士藍在同一張肝穿刺切片上雙染色，一張切片可提供多項信息，CD34和普魯士藍雙染色簡便、經濟、實用，值得推廣。
목적：탐토CD34화보로사람재동일장간천자절편상쌍염색적효과。방법재동일장간천자절편상선주CD34면역조화염색，재주보로사람특수염색。결과 CD34간장혈관내피세포현종황색위양성，보로사람염색세포핵화배경정람색，간세포중함철혈황소현람색。결론 CD34화보로사람재동일장간천자절편상쌍염색，일장절편가제공다항신식，CD34화보로사람쌍염색간편、경제、실용，치득추엄。
Objective To investigate the effects of CD34 and Prussian blue staining on the same tissue slide derived from a liver biopsy specimen.Methods Immunohistochemistry was performed using CD34 antibody followed by Prussian blue staining on the same tissue slide from a liver biopsy specimen.Results Hepatic vascular endothelial cells with brown-yellow color were considered as CD34 positive.Hemosiderin within hepatic cells was stained blue after Prussian blue staining.Conclusion CD34 and Prussian blue staining can be applied on the same tissue slide derived from a liver biopsy specimen, providing much information.The novel method is simple and convenient with low lost and worth promo-ting.
