目的：观察盐酸羟考酮控释片（以下简称羟考酮）联合加巴喷丁治疗癌性神经病理性疼痛的临床疗效。方法40例Ⅲ、Ⅳ期恶性肿瘤合并癌性神经病理性疼痛患者，随机分为2组：单药组20例给予羟考酮治疗，联合组20例给予羟考酮联合加巴喷丁治疗。比较2组治疗前后羟考酮的用量、镇痛效果、生活质量和不良反应。结果2组治疗后疼痛均有不同程度的缓解，且联合组优于单药组（ P＜0．05）；羟考酮日均用量联合组低于单药组（P＜0．05）；2组患者生活质量均较治疗前有改善，组间差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）；联合组便秘及恶心呕吐的发生率低于单药组（P＜0．05）。结论盐酸羟考酮控释片联合加巴喷丁能有效控制癌性神经病理性疼痛，减少羟考酮的用量及不良作用，并能提高患者的生活质量。
목적：관찰염산간고동공석편（이하간칭간고동）연합가파분정치료암성신경병이성동통적림상료효。방법40례Ⅲ、Ⅳ기악성종류합병암성신경병이성동통환자，수궤분위2조：단약조20례급여간고동치료，연합조20례급여간고동연합가파분정치료。비교2조치료전후간고동적용량、진통효과、생활질량화불량반응。결과2조치료후동통균유불동정도적완해，차연합조우우단약조（ P＜0．05）；간고동일균용량연합조저우단약조（P＜0．05）；2조환자생활질량균교치료전유개선，조간차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）；연합조편비급악심구토적발생솔저우단약조（P＜0．05）。결론염산간고동공석편연합가파분정능유효공제암성신경병이성동통，감소간고동적용량급불량작용，병능제고환자적생활질량。
Objective To observe the effects of oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets combined with gabapentin for the treatment of maligant neuropathic pain.Methods A total of 40 advanced cancer patients with mali-gant neuropathic pain were randomly assigned into two groups (n=20):a monotherapy group with oxycodone and a com-bined treatment group with oxycodone and gabapentin.Then both groups were compared for oxycodone doses, analgesic effects, quality of life as well as side effects.Results Maligant neuropathic pain was relieved well in both groups and the efficacy produced by the combined treatment group was superior to the monotherapy group (P<0.05).The average daily dosage of oxycodone in the combined treatment group was significantly lower than that of the monotherapy group ( P<0.05).After treatment, both groups showed improved quality of life, in spite of no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0.05).The incidence of side effects, such as constipation, nausea and vomiting, was lower in combina-tion group than in the monotherapy group (P<0.05).Conclusion Oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets combined with gabapentin can effectively relieve the maligant neuropathic pain in cancer patients, reduce the dosage and side effects of oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets, and improve quality of life.
