分别使用传统异硫氰酸胍法和 Takara 公司的两种试剂盒来提取滇龙胆幼叶的总RNA,比较所提取 RNA 质量和纯度。结果表明,三种方法各有优缺点,但 MiniBEST Plant RNA Extraction Kit 试剂盒提取的 RNA 质量好、纯度高、提取效率高,且无基因组污染,优于其他两种方法,而异硫氰酸胍法从经济的角度考虑则最为实惠。
分彆使用傳統異硫氰痠胍法和 Takara 公司的兩種試劑盒來提取滇龍膽幼葉的總RNA,比較所提取 RNA 質量和純度。結果錶明,三種方法各有優缺點,但 MiniBEST Plant RNA Extraction Kit 試劑盒提取的 RNA 質量好、純度高、提取效率高,且無基因組汙染,優于其他兩種方法,而異硫氰痠胍法從經濟的角度攷慮則最為實惠。
분별사용전통이류청산고법화 Takara 공사적량충시제합래제취전룡담유협적총RNA,비교소제취 RNA 질량화순도。결과표명,삼충방법각유우결점,단 MiniBEST Plant RNA Extraction Kit 시제합제취적 RNA 질량호、순도고、제취효솔고,차무기인조오염,우우기타량충방법,이이류청산고법종경제적각도고필칙최위실혜。
With young leaves ofGentianarigescens as experiment material,its total RNA was extracted by the traditional method of guanidine thiocyanate and two kits of TaKaRa Company.The quality and purity of the total RNA were compared. Results showed that the method of guanidine thiocyanate was the most economical and the Mini BEST Plant RNA Extraction kit was superior to the other two methods because its resulting RNA is of high quality and purity,and it is highly efficient and without genomic DNA contamination.
