信息化社会中，大学生利用网络资源开展学习的能力愈发重要。通过对重庆文理学院在校大学生抽样问卷和走访调查，从大学生网络学习时间、网络资源利用类型、学习资源利用目的和能力等方面进行分析，发现大学生网络学习资源利用现状和不足，从软件、硬件两个维度，学生、教师和学校三个层面提出改进建议。

신식화사회중，대학생이용망락자원개전학습적능력유발중요。통과대중경문이학원재교대학생추양문권화주방조사，종대학생망락학습시간、망락자원이용류형、학습자원이용목적화능력등방면진행분석，발현대학생망락학습자원이용현상화불족，종연건、경건량개유도，학생、교사화학교삼개층면제출개진건의。
Under the society of informatization, the ability to use internet to learn for the students is becoming more and more im-portant. Based on the survey for the students of Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences, this paper makes an statistical analy-sis on time of learning, type of internet resource, object of utilization, ability of utilization. The present situation of university stu-dents to use internet to learn and the problems are discovered, and the improving suggestions are put forward from the three per-spectives of the software and hardware, the students, teachers and the university.
