针对潜艇在大潜深作业条件下易发生穿舱电缆漏水的现象,提出了 V 型密封圈组合拼装的密封工艺。使用密封圈代替传统填料函密封,安装拆卸方便。聚氨酯和聚四氟乙烯2种不同的材料制造的 V 型圈组合拼装工艺密封效果显著。该 V 型组合密封圈构件经3组实验检测,可承受6.5 MPa 水压持续工作不漏水,拆装后再次使用可承受4 MPa 水压,密封效果可以满足深海作业条件。

In order to prevent the leakage problem in hulk cable when submarines are working in deep depth and under great pressure,V-shaped ring was selected as the sealing gland. V-shaped rings were substituted for traditional cable gland in this new sealing process. V-shaped rings were made of two differ-ent materials-polyurethane and polytef weare assembled alternately for new sealing process. Through three experiments,V-shaped rings assembly sealing process does not leak under constant 6. 5 MPa pressure and reassembled seal rings can work under 4 MPa pressure.
