采用高效液相色谱法,使用SunFireTM C18不锈钢色谱柱和紫外检测器,以乙腈-水(80:20,v/v)作为流动相,流速为1 mL/min,柱温30℃,在240 nm的波长下,对二甲戊乐灵乳油进行定量分析测定.结果表明,二甲戊乐灵的线性相关系数为0.999 9,标准偏差为0.045,变异系数为0.14%,平均回收率为99.47%.该分析方法操作简便、快速、准确,重现性好,可用于二甲戊乐灵乳油的质量控制中.

The quantitative analysis method of pendimethalin EC in emulsifiable concentrate was developed by High Performance Liquid Chromatography ( HPLC ) consisting ultraviolet absorbance detector , the analytical column was a SunFireTM C18 column . The mobile phase was an acetonitrile-water ( 80:20 , v/v ) at a flow rate of 1 mL/min . The temperature was kept at 30 ℃. The wavelength of detector was set at 240 nm . The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of the analytical method for pendimethalin was 0.999 9,the standard deviation was 0.045,the coefficient of variation was 0.14%,and the average recovery ratio was 99.47%. The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible and can be used for quality control of pendimethalin in emulsifiable concentrate.
