FlexRay 总线作为新一代车内控制总线具有很好的实时性与可靠性。分析了 FlexRay 总线的特点,以TMS320F28335、MFR4310与 TJA1080建立了 FlexRay 节点,针对当前电子通信系统的电磁兼容( EMC)问题,提出了在 FlexRay 节点驱动电路中加入数字隔离器、共模扼流圈、分离端接的方法,提高了整个 FlexRay 节点的 EMC 性能。

FlexRay bus has a better real time performance and a better reliability as a new control bus in-side the vehicle. After the analysis of FlexRay bus,this paper aimed to solve the problem of EMC of elec-tric communication system based on TMS320F28335,MFR4310 and TJA1080. We established a method which can improve the EMC performance of the whole FlexRay sections by adding a digital isolator,com-mon mode chokes and a separated termination into the section drive circuit of FlexRay.
