研制了一种铁、塑柄手榴弹拆分机，采用双刀异向切割锯，对铁、塑柄手榴弹进行定位、定厚、环形切割，实现手榴弹战斗部与手柄的拆卸分离，较好地解决了以往报废铁、塑柄手榴弹爆炸法处理存在的危险性大、有环境污染、物料无法回收等难题，能够满足退役报废的铁、塑柄手榴弹去功能化处理作业的需要，具有较高的社会效益、军事效益和经济效益，以及很好的推广应用前景。

A kind of iron,plastic handle grenade splitting machine was developed by using double knife in location of saw,iron,plastic handle grenades,thickness,annular cutting to realize the removing separate grenade warhead and handle,which can solve problems such as the previous reported risk of scrap metal, plastic handle grenade explosion method at present large,environmental pollution,that material cannot be recycled and other problems. This method can meet the retirement of iron,plastic handle grenade to func-tional processing needs with higher social,military and economic benefit and good application prospect.
