储油区油罐储存的油品具有易燃、易爆、易挥发、易流动的特点，一旦发生火灾爆炸事故将造成严重的后果。针对油库火灾爆炸事故的特点，分析了储油区火灾爆炸事故的发生条件和影响因素，建立了完整的火灾爆炸事故树模型。定性分析了各基本事件与火灾爆炸事故的逻辑关系，定量分析了各基本事件的结构重要度，明确了预防火灾爆炸事故的重点，提出了相应的预防措施。

Oil is flammable,explosive,volatile and easy to flow,and once the fire and explosion accident happened,it will cause serious consequences in the oil storage area. According to the characteristics of fire and explosion in oil storage area and by the analysis of the influencing factors and conditions related to fire and explosion accident,the integrated fault tree model was established. The logical relationship between the basic events and the accident was clarified by carrying out qualitative analysis,while the structure impor-tance factors of each basic event were ranked by carrying out quantitative analysis. The key parts of the pre-vention of fire and explosion were confirmed and the prevention measures of fire and explosion were pro-posed.
