就业率、就业收入均是经济学关注的主要指标，就业收入更是用以量度社会贫富差距的重要指标之一。当前，由于全球就业形式的改变，在职贫穷因此不断的扩大，引起了各个政府对这个问题的关注，同时，各个政府也要面对如何缓解贫者越贫、富者越富以及由此带来的各种社会问题。本文主要通过对澳门个人及家庭收入状况的分析，探讨劳动就业与在职贫穷的关系，并对特区政府的扶贫政策提出建议。

Employment rate, employment income is the most important indicator of economic concern, employment income is used to measure the gap between the rich and the poor is one of the important indicators.
