为了研究单氰胺打破葡萄休眠的效果,利用不同浓度的单氰胺溶液涂抹供试葡萄的顶芽,辅以水肥管理,处理1周后开始观察记录.结果表明:单氰胺对打破葡萄休眠效果明显.5.0%单氰胺浓度处理的芽萌发情况最好,视为最佳处理浓度;2.5%单氰胺浓度处理的稍次;7.5%单氰胺浓度处理的芽各个指标都较差,可能是浓度过高所致.

In order to study the effect of breaking dormancy on grape by using cyanamide,different concentrations of cyanamide solution were used to smear grape terminal buds and the management of water and fertilizer was strengthened.After a week of the treatment,we began to observe and record.The results showed that cyanamide was really effective in breaking dormancy of grape.The bud germination which under 5% cyanamide concentration treatment was the best and was regarded as the best treatment concentration.The 2.5%cyanamide concentration treatment was a little worse than 5.0%cyanamide concentration treatment.The all indicators of bud germination under 7.5%cyanamide concentration treatment were poor,it may be caused by too high concentration.
