本文在解读宋元时期海溢灾害相关资料的基础上，提取文献史料中的相关数据，制作成图表进行统计分析，指出宋元时期我国江浙沿海地区是海溢灾害最为频繁的地区，海溢灾害主要集中爆发于夏秋季节。海溢灾害频发，不仅给沿海地区的居民造成大量财产损失，而且还造成人员伤亡，严重地影响到沿海地区经济社会的发展。此外，笔者还探讨了宋元政府面对海溢灾害所采取的救助措施，主要涉及政府救济、海塘建设和海洋祭祀三方面。值得注意的是，宋元朝廷在应对海溢灾害时，不仅注重在物资上对灾区进行必要的赈济，以确保灾区尽早恢复生产生活，同时还利用海祭的方式对灾区民众进行精神抚慰和心理疏导，力图达到稳定社会秩序的目的。

Based on the materials about tsunami in Song and Yuan dynasties,this paper utilizes the related documents and historical data to makes a chart for statistical analysis.As is pointed out,coastal areas of Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces were hit by tsunami most frequently,which broke out in summer and au-tumn every year in these areas.This disaster brought about loss of residents'property,caused injuries and deaths,and seriously affected economic and social development in these coastal areas.In addition,the au-thor also discusses three main rescue measures taken by Song and Yuan governments as follows:governments'salvation,seawall construction and marine sacrifice.What worth emphasizing is that Song and Yuan governments not only focus on supplying necessities for victims to resume production and life in these areas as soon as possible,but also placate the victims psychologically via marine sacrifice,so as to achieve the purpose of stabilizing social order.
