以测定黄瓜中毒死蜱残留量为例,建立数学模型,并从称样质量、定容体积、重复性等对影响测量结果的各个分量进行评定,得出检测方法重复性引入的相对不确定度为3.86%,毒死蜱标准溶液浓度测量值引入的相对不确定度为1.393%,色谱仪峰面积测量引入的相对不确定度为1.633%.以上3项分量对测量不确定度构成显著贡献.

From the determination of residual amounts of chlorpyrifos in cucumber,a mathematical model was established and the end-result of each component was evaluated through the sample quantity,reagent volume and repeatability.Relative uncertainty caused by testing repeatability was 3.86%.Relative uncertainty caused by the concentration chlorpyrifos standards was 1.393%,relative uncertainty caused by the measurement of peak area was 1.633%.These three components had a significant contribution to measurement uncertainty.
