随着高等教育进入大众化阶段,当今高校辅导员与学生关系逐渐呈现出"荒漠化"、"集权化"及"错位化"的现状,而良好的师生关系是顺利开展思想政治教育活动的必要前提,探索一条师生关系新路径已势在必行.依据生态位理论分析师生双方的生态位与生态位重叠,分析现状产生的原因并拟提出解决路径:以沟通、合作的互动方式为突破口,以平等、共生的平衡状态为理想目标及确立各自生态位,增进师生的沟通交流,充分发挥辅导员应有的作用,以期构建理想的师生关系.

With the popularization of higher education, the modern university teacher-student's relation gradually presents desertification, centralization, dislocation. Good teacher-student's relation is necessary to strengthen ideological and political education, thus exploring a new path of teacher-student's relation is essential. On analysis of teacher and student's niche and niche overlap based on the niche theory, this paper study the reason of the current situation and intend to propose solution paths:interactive way of communication and collaboration as breakthrough, balance of equality and symbiosis as ideal goal and establishing their own niche, aim to enhancing communication between teachers and students and developing teachers' potential, and it may constructed ideal teacher-student's relation.
