Unrecognizable code problems have been plagued application developers for a long time, which slow down the time limit for a project and make the developers getting negative emotions. This paper starts from the history of character sets, describes the characteristics of each character set, and then analysis the reason of making unrecognizable code, finally shows the function of the related factors in web development's character sets based on J2EE through a large number of experiments.
