为探索煤矸石高效利用的途径,以内蒙古某地煤矸石为原料,采用低温碱融—水热法进行了4A分子筛合成条件研究,并运用 XRD、SEM 对合成的4A 分子筛进行了表征。试验确定的原料成分配比为n(SiO2)∶n(Al2O3)=1.9、n(Na2O)∶ n(SiO2)=2.2、n(H2O)∶ n(Na2O)=30,在有导向剂情况下的晶化温度为50℃、晶化时间为30 h,合成的4A分子筛对Ca2+的交换能力为318.00 mg/g;XRD、SEM分析表明:合成的4A分子筛晶化程度和结晶度高,为结构完整、棱角分明、粒径约为2μm的立方形晶体,具有纯度高、孔隙度适中的特点。该4A分子筛符合《QB/T 1768—2003洗涤剂用4A沸石》规定的技术要求。

To explore the way which can efficiently utilize coal gangue,the 4A zeolite was synthesized with alkali fusion-hydrothermal method at low temperature was characterized by XRD and SEM using the Coal Gangue of Inner Mongolia as the raw material. The composition ratio of the raw material was n ( SiO2 ) ∶ n ( Al2 O3 )= 1. 9, n ( Na2 O ) ∶ n ( SiO2 )=2. 2,n(H2O) ∶ n(Na2O)=30,using the guiding agent,crystallization temperature of 50℃ and crystallization time of 30 h,the calcium ion exchange capacity of the product achieves 318. 00 mg/g;The XRD and SEM analysis showed that the 4A zeolite had high crystallization and degree of crystallinity,the structure of cubic crystal was complete,angular and the particle size was about 2μm with the high purity and moderate porosity. The 4A zeolite was in accordance with the technical requirements speci-fied in the 1768-2003 QB/T 4A Zeolite for detergents.
