在目前的建筑节能设计中,仍然存在性能模拟与建筑设计脱节的问题,针对这个问题,国内外从不同方向已经展开了许多整合化的研究尝试. 通过分析国内外的整合化研究,发现整合化研究主要有两条脉络,分别是工具脉络(Tool related)与过程脉络(Process related).基于这两条脉络,整合化研究发展出4个热点方向,BIM等新技术的发展可以为整合建筑性能模拟与建筑的设计带来新契机. 整合化研究对建筑节能要求下设计方法的转变具有重要意义,针对我国当前的技术水平,提出整合化研究进一步的研究方向.

There'resomedisjointedproblemsbetweenbuildingsimulationprogramsandarchitectural design process in present energy-saving design process. To solve the disjointed problems, integration process had been tried many times at home and abroad. Though the analysis of integration research at home and abroad, two research lines which tool related line and process related line were found. Because of the two lines, the integration research produced four hotspots and the development of new technologies such as BIM can supply the chance for integration of building simulation and design process. Integration research is important to transformation of energy-saving design method, the further integration researches were presented in view of current level in our country.
