凹陷是海底管道上的常见缺陷,凹陷的存在会引发管道的屈曲及疲劳,危及其安全,并阻碍管内设备的运行。为研究海底管道在横向载荷作用下的凹陷机理,用有限元分析软件ABAQUS就管状物体与管道的接触模型这一典型事故模式进行二次开发,分析中考虑了材料非线性、几何非线性。首先,将有限元软件计算结果与理论值进行比较,验证有限元软件分析方法的可行性,然后针对外物尺寸、外物作用角度、管道径厚比、管道内压等参数进行敏感性分析,研究了横向载荷作用下各参数对管道凹陷深度的影响规律。研究结果表明:本文方法能有效分析管道的凹陷机理,且各参数对管道的凹陷机理有较大影响。分析结果可为海洋工程设计、建造及运行提供参考。

As a common defect on subsea pipelines,dent will not only induce buckling and fatigue failure of pipe-lines so that endanger their safety,but also impede the operation of equipment inside pipelines.To analyze the dent-ing mechanism of subsea pipelines under lateral loads,secondary development was adopted based on finite element analysis software ABAQUS to analyze the typical accident mode in which pipeline collided with tubulous ob-ject.During the analysis,geometric non-linearity and material non-linearity were taken into account.First,the com-puted results were compared to theoretical values to confirm the feasibility of studying the problem based on finite element analysis software.Then,sensitivity analysis was performed to study the influence of different factors on depth of dent,including diameter of the indenter,included angle between pipeline and indenter,radius-thickness ratio of pipeline and internal pressure.The results show that the scheme proposed in this paper is suitable for analysis of denting mechanism of pipelines and the factors have an important effect on denting mechanism of pipelines.The results provide guidance for design,manufacture and operation in ocean engineering.
