采用 SCR 技术,可以使 NOx比排放满足排放法规要求。然而,各个工况 NOx目标转化率的分布设定,对NH3的综合比消耗存在很大的影响。为此,分析了 ESC 稳态测试循环利用优化 NOx 目标转化率分布的方法降低NH3比消耗的可行性,依据实验数据,建立了以 NOx比排放和 NH3平均滑失浓度限制作为边界条件、以最小 NH3平均比消耗作为优化目标的数学描述模型。针对此模型,给出了最优解的求解方法。采用上述优化模型,在离线模式下得到了最优的目标转化率分布 MAP,并通过发动机台架实验进行了 ESC 实验循环验证。结果表明,采用该优化方法可以节省10%~20%的NH3消耗量。

By adopting selective catalytic reduction(SCR)technology,NOx rate emission can be reduced to accord with emission regulations. However,different NOx conversion rate distribution makes a big influence on NH3 specific consumption. The feasibility of reducing NH3 specific consumption are mainly analyzed by optimizing the distribution of NOx conversion rate. On the basis of experimental data,a minimum NH3 specific consumption optimization model with the constraints of NOx rate emission and NH3 slip concentration was established. According to the model,a plan-ning method of calculating the optimal solution was given. Based on the optimization model above,the optimal NOx target conversion rate distribution MAP was proposed and validated on the engine test bench under ESC test cycle. Results indicate that this optimization method can save 10%—20%NH3 consumption.
