Traditional S shape acceleration&deceleration curve like"ladder" shape curve and exponential curve can not match the demand of high speed motion for severe vibration during motion.Aiming at solving the prob-lem, it presents a new S shape curve based on fitting of polynomial.This S shape curve meets the requirements of die bonding machine for high speed and high precision motion.
