福建某铅锌矿石中有回收价值的元素铅、锌绝大部分以硫化矿物形式存在,银、硫有综合回收价值。为了确定合适的铅锌回收工艺流程,对有代表性矿石进行了选矿试验。结果表明,矿石在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占71.2%的情况下,采用1粗2扫3精选铅、1粗2扫3精选锌、中矿顺序返回流程处理,最终可获得铅品位为47.87%、铅回收率为92.99%、银品位为1120.00 g/t、银回收率为71.59%的铅精矿,以及锌品位为50.75%、锌回收率为88.88%的锌精矿。试验指标理想,可作为铅锌回收工艺流程设计依据。

The valuable elements in a lead-zinc ore of Fujian Province were lead and zinc,silver and sulphur can be comprehensive recovered. The lead and zinc are mainly in form of sulfide minerals. In order to determine the appropriate lead and zinc recovery process,mineral processing tests on representative ore were carried out. The results showed that under grind-ing fineness of-74 μm 71. 2%,the lead concentrate of 47. 87% Pb,1 120. 00 g/t Ag and Pb recovery of 92. 99%,Ag recov-ery of 71. 59%,and zinc concentrate of 50. 75% Zn and recovery rate of 88. 88% by the process of one roughing-three clean-ing-two scavenging lead flotation,and one roughing-three cleaning-three scavenging zinc flotation,and middles back to the flow-sheet in turn. The test index was ideal and the process could be used as the designing references of lead-zinc recovery process.
