过钻头测井系统是一种应用于复杂井况的测井系统,其产品研发难度大,为加快其研发速度,利用SolidWorks软件绘制过钻头测井系统零部件3D模型,并搭建数字样机,基于该样机对过钻头测井系统的结构功能设计进行模拟评估. 模拟表明,设计的过钻头测井系统工作压力可达105MPa,能够满足在5 000m井深的8-1/2"井眼中应用的强度要求;同时该系统具有足够的水功率,在排量10 L/s条件下,可推动100 kg测井工具前行,能够保证测井过程的实施,证明了设计的可行性和可靠性.

Through Bit Logging system(TBL) is applied to complex well conditions, which is difficulty to re-search and develop.In order to speed up the development speed, it builds 3D parts model of TBL system and digital prototype in SolidWorks software.Based on the prototype of TBL system it evaluates the structure and function of TBL, shows that the design of TBL system can adapt to 8 1/2 "hole, and satisfy the requirement of the working pressure of 105 MPa with the logging condition of 5000m.This system can promote 100 kg logging tool under the condition of displacement of 10 l/s to ensure the implementation of the logging process.Based on the simulation analysis, it demonstrates the feasibility and reliability of the design in advance, and greatly short-ens the development time.
