阐述了信管专业课程现状和课程群概念,分析了社会对ERP人才的需求层次和每个层次需掌握的知识、技能与就业去向;结合信管专业的培养目标,确定ERP人才培养方向,构建出ERP人才需求的特色课程群并探讨该课程群内容. 采用层次分析法对基于ERP人才需求特色课程群进行定量分析,计算出信息技术、ERP理论、ERP实验和ERP实施课程4个大类课程的重要性系数,依据该系数提出ERP实施人才应从理论、实验和实施课程方面加强培养. 最后优化了特色课程群授课顺序.

It proposes the present situation of IMIS major and the concept of curriculum group, analyzes ERP tal-ents demand level that must master the knowledge , skill and employment whereabouts to meet the social .Combi-ning with the training goal of IMIS major, it determines the training direction of ERP talent and constructs the characteristics of curriculum group about ERP talent demand, discusses the specific content of the course group. It applies AHP to analyze qualitatively characteristics curriculum group based on ERP talents demand and calcu-lates importance coefficient of the curriculum on information technology science, ERP theory, ERP experiments and implementation.Based on the coefficient, it advices to strengthen the training of theory, experiment and im-plementation of the curriculum for ERP implementation personnel, shows optimal teaching order of the course group.
