当油井生产流程中的原油回压高于定压阀的排气压力时,存在原油倒流回定压阀导致阀芯冻堵而无法使用现象,因此研制了气液分离式套管气回收装置。定压放气阀与单向阀通过快接插头连接,安装在油井井口生产流程中。定压放气阀将套管气输送至单向阀,进而混输到生产流程,通过单向阀阻止原油流向定压放气阀,原油不与定压阀阀体排气元件接触,从而实现了气液分离。单向阀借助现场原油热量伴热,完全解决了气体释放时吸热及冬季冻堵问题。现场应用1100套,成功回收了油田井口套管气,对减少能源浪费,充分利用油气资源具有重要意义。

When the production process of crude oil back pressure is higher than constant pressure valve exhaust pressure,there are crude oil back to constant pressure valve to valve core phenome-non of frozen wall and cannot be used.So,the gas-liquid separate casing gas recovery device is de-veloped.It consists of constant pressure release valve,check valve and quick plug connector that are installed in the well wellhead production process.Pressure release valve casing gas is transpor-ted to a one-way valve,and then mixed into the production process.The check valve prevents oil flow to the constant pressure valve,which exhaust components do not come into contact with oil, so as to realize the separation of gas and liquid.And that check valve by means of thermal heating of crude oil,and thus completely solving the gas release heat and winter freezing problems.1,100 sets are applied in the oilfield,and the oil wellhead casing gas successfully have been recovered, moreover,they take a positive significance to reduce greenhouse gas and make full use of oil & gas resources.
