常规钻具在改变钻具组合特性时要频繁起钻来更换稳定器，作业周期长，效率低，同时也增大了起下钻遇阻卡的风险。研制的?215 mm 双级变径稳定器，可在地面通过开停泵遥控其外径进行两级交替变化，改变钻具组合特性，不需要起钻具，提高了钻井效率，降低钻具遇阻卡的风险。现场试验表明，双级变径稳定器变径动作可靠，变径状态压差信号显示清楚，试验取得了阶段性成功。

When conventional drilling BHA characteristics change,to replace the stabilizer frequent tripping,long operating cycle,low efficiency,but also increases the risk of tripping Difficult card. ?215 mm dual-stage adjustable stabilizer is developed,can be on the ground by remote control to open the outer diameter of the pump stops its alternating levels,changing BHA characteristics, without starting hole,improved drilling efficiency and reduce drilling difficult card risk.Changqing Oilfield in the field tests showed that the two-stage adjustable stabilizer adjustable reliable opera-tion,adjustable pressure signal status display is clear,test and achieved initial success.
