随着教育体制的改革,如今班主任不仅是学生的管理者,更多情况下扮演着引导者、组织者、调控者的角色。管理好一个班级需要做大量工作,由于文化、风俗习惯的差异,要管理好一个由多个民族成分学生组成的预科班就要做更深入、更细致的工作,本文从加强学生思想道德教育等五个方面谈谈如何做好预科班班主任工作。

With the reform of the education system, now the teacher is not only the manager of students, more often plays a guide, organizer and regulatory role. To manage a class, the headmaster needs to do a lot of work. Because of the difference of the culture, customs and habits, the headmaster should do more thorough and meticulous work to manage a preparatory class, which composed of minority students. This paper will show you how to be a good headmaster of the minority preparatory class in five aspects.
