心理健康教育是大学生全面发展的重要内容,在目前高职学生就业压力、竞争压力与日俱增的情况下,大学生心理健康出现了较多的问题,在这种背景之下,高职院校如何有效地进行学生心理健康教育成为了高职教育领域的一项重要课题.目前我国高职院校学生心理健康教育研究还处于一个起步阶段,相关研究无论是数量层面,还是深度层面都存在较大的不足,远远满足不了高职院校学生心理健康教育实践的需要.在高职院校学生心理健康问题越来越严重的情况下,非常有必要加强这一领域进行研究.本文对于现有的研究成果进行了全面的综述分析,希望能够明确现有研究现状,把握好这一课题的研究趋势,从而能够为学者更好地开展这一课题的研究提供一些指导.

Mental health education is an important part of the comprehensive development of students, in the case of the current vocational students employment pressure, increasing competitive pressure, there are more psychological health problems, in this context, how effective vocational colleges conduct mental health education has become an important topic in the field of voca-tional education.
