将市面上采集的8个厂家的阻燃聚氨酯保温材料进行性能测试. 氧指数(LOI)测试表明,LOI超过30%的产品占37.5%;导热系数测试发现所有产品导热系数均大于0.024 W/m·K;8个产品的密度差别明显,密度均值为47.8 kg/m3;热重分析(TG)和微型燃烧量热仪(MCC)测试可以得到残炭量均值为24.29%,THR平均值为26.175 kJ/g.

Inrecentyears,thestudyofflameretardingpolyurethaneinsulationmaterials(PUF) attracts more attention due to its flammability with the limiting oxygen index ( LOI ) of 19 vol%. The physical and combustion performance of PUFs provided by eight manufacturers was characterized. The result showed that the LOI value that was above 30 vol% accounted for 37.5%. Coefficients of thermal conductivity of all products were greater than 0.024 W/m·K. The density displayed an obvious difference with the mean density of 47.8 kg/m3. Thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) presented that the average amount of char residue was 24.29 wt%. The mean total heat release(THR) was 26.175 kJ/g measured by microscale combustion calorimeter(MCC). Thus the research on low loading of additives and low coefficient of thermal conductivity in PUF becomes a challenge in modern manufactures.
