采用QN-2相变材料,设计并制作了同心套管式蓄放热单元,搭建了相变蓄热单元性能测试试验台,分别对在不同工况下的蓄放热进行了研究,分析了在改变热媒水的流量、进口温度变化、内管加入翅片的条件下对蓄放热过程的影响.研究结果表明:增大热媒水与蓄热材料的温差和热媒水的流量可以缩短蓄放热时间,在加入翅片的条件下对放热过程的影响没有对蓄热过程大.初步掌握同心套管式蓄热单元的蓄放热特性,为今后相变蓄热器的选型和性能的评估提供参考依据.

Aphasechangethermalstorageunit,inwhichQN-2wasaphasechangematerial(PCM), with the concentric bushing was designed. The thermal performances of the storage unit in different situa-tions were recorded experimentally. Analyzing three conditions how to affect heat storage unit energy trans-fer performance, such as the inlet fluid temperature and flow and finned inner tube. Experiment results show that increasing temperature between the heat medium water and PCM can make the time shorter and the effect on the process of heat storage is larger than heat release with the finned inner tube. The results offer the reference in phase change thermal storage design and performance optimization in the future by understanding the characteristic of heat charge and discharge.
