班级授课制在给教育带来便捷的同时也裹挟着一种新兴的管理方式,即在教师下设班干部管理学生的管理方式.班干部的理念最早是由夸美纽斯提出来的,这种监督机制是严密且有层次的.但是班干部制度发展至今开始受到人们的一些质疑.因此本研究分析了班干部权力异化产生的原因,即制度下的权力问题,群体学生的顺从以及教师的不作为是班干部权力异化的帮凶,最后针对引起班干部权力异化的原因阐述了一些自己的思考.

Class teaching system is convient to our education and carrying a new management mode, Which is the teacher let the carder help to manage the students. Comenius put forward the concept of cadre earliest, which is closely and have lay-ers. But the system is questioned by some people now. But the class cadre system development has begun to attract some of the people questioned. Therefore, this study analyzed the reasons for the alienation of the class cadre of power generated, namely the question of power under the system, the group of students and teachers are not as obedience class cadre power alienation is an accomplice, and finally cause the power class cadre alienation elaborated for some of their own thinking.
