随着我国国民经济的不断发展,城镇化水平的不断提高,全国几乎每个城市都快速建造高楼大厦.但随着"节能减排""可持续发展"等政策法规的出炉和绿色环保等观念的普及,作为高耗能的建筑业遭到越来越多的质疑,所以大力发展节能建筑势在必行.以建筑的"四步节能"为立足点,介绍和分析了住宅围护结构的节能技术,并提出一些可实施建议,为以后类似的设计工作提供一定的借鉴经验.

Withthecontinuousdevelopmentofnationaleconomyandtheunceasingenhancementof urbanization level in our country, tall buildings are built almost in all cities throughout the country quickly. But as the"energy conservation and emissions reduction"and"sustainable development"and other policies and regulations and the popularization of green environmental protection idea, the energy intensive construction was questioned more and more, so developing the energy efficient construction is imperative. On the foothold of"four steps for energy efficiency", we introduce and analyze the energy-saving technology for residential envelope, and propose some implement suggestions as certain reference for future similar design work.
