在热采井中,井下安全阀执行机构的压缩弹簧是处于高温压缩状态,必然出现应力松弛行为。采用 ANSYS 软件仿真模拟与理论分析相结合的方法研究压缩弹簧在特定工况下的应力松弛行为,对于判断井下安全阀的工作性能、应力松弛后压缩弹簧的力学性能具有重要意义。根据建立的压缩弹簧数值模型,求得了压缩弹簧应力松弛后的残余切应力及载荷损失率。结果表明,初始载荷越大,切应力衰减越快,相同作用时间内载荷损失率越大;经历8760 h 应力松弛后的剩余载荷大于外部载荷,压缩弹簧满足工作要求。

With the state of high temperature and compression in the thermal recovery wells,the stress relaxation behavior referring to the compression spring of the subsurface safety valve is in-evitably emerged.The stress relaxation behavior of compression spring under the specific condi-tions is investigated by the method of ANSYS simulation and theory.These have a significant in-fluence on evaluating the performance of the subsurface safety valve and the mechanical properties of the compression spring after stress relaxation.The results show that when the original load is bigger,the decreasing speed of the shear stress is faster,at the same time the load loss rate is also bigger.Because the remaining load is greater than the external load,the compression spring can meet work requirements after the 8 760 hours stress relaxation.
