我国正处于经济转型期治理的关键阶段，金融市场“富贵化”趋势难以为继，有效利用金融方式和金融手段创新农村金融信贷融资模式是贯彻落实十八届三中全会精神，深入发展普惠金融体系的必然要求。普惠金融和农业经济学、穷人经济学的价值目标、核心观点和谐共振、高度耦合。克山县通过农机具抵押贷款、林权抵押贷款、畜牧水产养殖抵押贷款、集体土地上房屋抵押贷款、农村小型水利工程产权抵押贷款等五大类农村金融信贷融资模式扩大抵押担保范围。

Through mortgages, Keshan County farm forest right mortgage loan, animal husbandry and aquaculture mortgages, collective land mortgages, property rights of rural small water conservancy mortgage and other five major categories of rural financial credit financing model to expand the range of mortgage guarantee.
