根据低渗透油气藏体积改造工艺提出的大排量、高液量、高砂量、形成复杂缝网的技术要求,开展了裸眼封隔器滑套分段压裂技术配套关键工具的研制与试验工作。开发了耐高压复合式封隔器和新型可分解压裂球2种关键工具。复合式封隔器整体结构更紧凑,通径更大,裸眼适应性更好。与传统复合材料球相比,新型可分解球具有承压指标高、可自行分解无需回收等优点。与吉林油田合作在莫里青致密油藏开展压裂工具的现场试验工作。试验中完井管柱下入顺利,封隔器坐封动作正常,可分解球入座、起压、承压正常,压裂施工参数达到设计要求,压裂液返排时无残留物。现场试验结果表明,压裂工具完全满足非常规油气藏体积改造工艺的技术要求。

The key tools for open-hole packer-sleeve multistage fracture are develop ed and testedfor recovering low-permeable reservoir in terms of technical requirement on SRV,which is in-volved in high flow rate,mass proppants and complicated fracture network etc.The development of hybrid-structure packer for HP condition and new dissolvable ball was carried out.Hybrid-structure packer has been designed,produced and subjected to several workbench tests to function with the compact structure,large drift diameter and better zonal isolation in open-hole wellbore. Compared with the traditional Composite ball,new operation ball based on the dissolvable alloy material is developed with the advantages of high pressure resistance,self-dissolving and low op-eration risk of retrievement over the composite ball.The field test in Moliqing tight oil reservoir of Jinlin Oilfield has been performed with successful deployment of completion and setting of new packer.During fracture operation,the dissolvable ball is dropped,set in sleeve seat with pressure build-up successfully.Any residual of the dropped ball was not found during the back-flow of fracturing fluid.It is proved that new downhole tools shown above meet fully demand on SRV for developing unconventional reservoir.
