为了满足深井测井、酸化压裂、钻磨桥塞、射孔等作业工艺的要求，以及国内页岩气开发需要，提高连续管深井作业工艺水平，研制了适应深井作业的 LG450／50型连续管作业机。该作业机为车橇式结构，采用主辅车布置方式，配置独立操作橇，大提升力注入头（最大提升力450 kN），大容量连续管滚筒和自主研发的数据采集系统。整机具有底盘越野性能强，操作系统集成化程度高，滚筒容量大，注入头提升力大，作业安全可靠等优点。应用结果表明，整机操控性能良好，运行安全平稳，各项性能指标达到设计要求，满足连续管深井作业要求。

In order to meet the technical requirement of well logging,acid fracturing,bridge plug milling,perforation in deep wells,and the domestic shale gas exploration,and to improve the tech-nical level of coiled tubing operation in deep wells,the LG450/50 Coiled Tubing Unit were re-searched and developed,which is qualified in deep well operation.The LG450/50 CTU consists of a main unit and a secondary unit.It is equipped with an independent operating skid,a powerful in-jector (maximum lifting force 450 kN),a large capacity coiled tubing reel and the data acquisition system developed independently.Great off-road performance,highly integrated operation system, large capacity reel,strong lifting force injector,safe and reliable operation are the remarkable ad-vantages of this LG450/50 CTU.The practical application has proved that this LG450/50 CTU is able to satisfy the coiled tubing operation requirement in deep well,with the safe and smooth op-eration performance.
