结合自顶向下及自底向上的设计方法,研制出驱动发动机进气通道开启的电液伺服阀。通过实验平台模拟电液伺服阀的各种工况,分别对电液伺服阀进行了空载和动载条件下的性能测试,并获得了研制件在空载以及动态状态下的流量、外置凸轮机构响应转角等特性数据;采用替换法对影响电液伺服阀性能的元器件进行了替换,并对替换后的电液伺服阀进行测试,通过分析采样数据发现了设计中的缺陷。此研究为电液伺服阀的进一步改进做了有益的铺垫工作。

Combining top?down and bottom?up design methods, the electro?hydraulic servo valve for driving the engine air chan?nel to open was researched. Through simulation experiment platform, the electro?hydraulic servo valve under various working condi?tions was tested respectively, such as no load and dynamic load. The response characteristics of the cam mechanism showed that: the influence factors on the properties of the electro?hydraulic servo valve were the spring and the valve bush. By using replacement meth?od, the properties of the electro?hydraulic servo valve, in which the spring and the valve bush were replaced, was tested. Based on the sampling data analysis, the defects in the design were found. This study is useful for improving the properties of the electro?hydrau?lic servo valve.
