粘扣带卷绕的平稳性直接影响着视觉检测系统所获取图像的质量,进而影响缺陷识别的准确率。运用机械设计学理论和现代控制方法,旨在设计适用于粘扣带外观疵点视觉检测的传动部分,实现检测系统的平稳传动和粘扣带的恒线速度检测。通过严格的数学推导,得出恒线速度检测中半径变化的规律,由此分析了恒线速度控制方法,并简化该方法,得出了电机驱动频率的计算式,为实现闭环恒线速度控制提供了理论基础。

The coiled stability of velcro directly affects quality of images acquired by the visual inspection system, thereby affects the accuracy of the defects identification. Mechanical design theory and modern control methods have been used to design transmission parts in appearance vision inspection system for velcro, and achieved the stable transmission of inspection system and the constant line?ar speed inspection of Velcro were achieved. Through rigorous mathematical derivations, the variation of the radius in constant linear speed detection was obtained, thus the control method of constant linear speed was analyzed and simplified, the formula of motor driv?ing frequency was obtained, a theoretical basis was provided to closed loop constant linear speed control.
