设计一种五段式电容液位计测量变送器。采用柱形五级电容做为液位传感器,采用PCAP01芯片测量各级电容数值,单片机通过SPI接口技术读取测量结果,经单片机处理后的数据传输给AD421芯片,输出4~20 mA信号。实验结果表明:该变送器精度等级可以达到0?5级,可以满足工业现场要求。

A kind of transducer in five?segment liquid?level measurement was designed. Cylindrical five?segment capacitance was used as level sensor and PCAP01 chip was used to measure capacitance value at each level. With SPI interface technology, microcon?troller read the measurement results. Then the data were transmitted to the AD421 chip after they were processed by STM32. Finally, AD421 output 4~20 mA current signal. Experimental results show that the transmitter can reach 0?5 accuracy class and it can meet re?quirements of the industrial scene.
