在分析龙门剪剪切油缸作用力的基础上,提出将龙门剪的两剪切油缸串联以实现液压同步,并设计液压同步龙门剪的关键部位。通过验证发现:液压同步结构改善了龙门剪的剪切力学性能,实现了剪切过程中两个剪切油缸剪切力随载荷需要而调整的功能。

Based on the force analysis of Longmen shear cylinder, in order to achieve hydraulic synchronization, the two shear cylinders of Longmen shear were made to series, the important parts of the Longmen shear were designed. The experiment shows that the shear mechanical properties of Longmen shear are improved by the hydraulic synchronous structure. The function is realized that the shear force of the two shear cylinders can be adjusted with the load.
