针对某型飞机采用变频供电系统后液压系统电动泵在大频率范围内工作造成的压力流量控制问题,提出了包含卸荷功能的电动泵压力控制结构,建模并分析了该电动泵输出特性,得到典型供电频率下该电动泵的工作特性,验证了这种变频电动泵调压结构的可行性。

Focusing on the discharge pressure and flow control problem of hydraulic pump powered by variable frequency electric power system in aircraft, the pressure control structure with the unload function was modeled and analyzed. Discharge characteristics of the pump under variable frequency were obtained and the feasibility of the variable frequency electric pump was validated.
