甲醇镁属于金属醇盐,具有非常广的应用领域,其作为合成酮肟类选冶药剂的催化剂时具有非常好的效果.但目前对甲醇镁的合成研究较少,仅有的合成方法也基本上都使用了碘催化剂.文章介绍了利用甲醇和镁直接反应制备甲醇镁的合成工艺.结果表明在回流状态下,当搅拌速率为60 r/min和温度为65 ℃时,产物最高收率可达到95 %;用差热分析研究了甲醇镁的热学性能,差热谱图表明产物在375℃时失重速率最大,并发生相变;用红外光谱表征了目的产物,从红外谱图可推测目的产物为甲醇镁.

Magnesium methoxide is a kind of metal alkoxide and has a very wide application field. It can be used as a perfect catalyst for synthesis of ketoximes. But currently there are few researches on methods for synthesis of methanol magnesium, and some reported methods all used iodine as the catalyst. In the study, the synthesis process for preparation of magnesium methoxide by using methanol and magnesite is introduced. The results indicate that the highest yield can reach 95%at 65 ℃in reflux condition with stirring rate of 60 r/min. Thermal properties of magnesium methoxide were studied by differential thermal analysis. The results show that the product had maximum weight loss rate at 375 ℃, and phase change happened. The results from IR infer that the objective product is magnesium methoxide.
