对同步硝化反硝化膜生物反应系统(SNDMBR )处理钨冶炼废水过程进行了研究,考察了系统运行过程中的膜污染阻力及膜污染后的清洗. 结果表明,短期运行条件下膜污染阻力主要以沉积阻力为主, 占总阻力的91.7 %, 其中外部污染阻力和凝胶极化阻力分别占到了35.6 %和56.1 %;长期运行条件下,随着初始压力的增加,膜有效运行时间缩短,且随运行时间的延长,内部污染阻力和凝胶极化阻力略有增加,但沉积阻力仍然占总阻力的80%以上;采用曝气清洗+超声波清洗+NaClO清洗+NaOH清洗+HCl清洗的组合清洗方式膜通量恢复率可达91.2%.

In the study, simultaneous nitrification denitrification membrane bioreactor (SNDMBR) was used to treat tungsten smelting wastewater, and the membrane fouling resistance and membrane1 fouling cleaning were investigated. The results showed that the membrane fouling resistance of short running conditions was mainly deposition resistance, accounting for 91.7 % of the total resistance, with external pollution resistance and gel polarization resistance accounting for 35.6 % and 56.1 % respectively. For long running conditions, with the increase of initial pressure, the effective operation time of membrane shortened, and internal contamination resistance and gel polarization resistance increased slightly with the extension of running time, but the deposition resistance still accounted for over 80 % of the total resistance. The membrane flux recovery rate could reach 91.2%with the combination of cleaning method of aeration+USC+NaClO+NaOH+HCl.
