针对目前液压缸试验装置存在的不足,设计了液压缸试验台的液压控制系统,运用C#语言进行多线程和多模块化编程,开发了基于嵌入式操作系统Windows CE的自动测控系统,实现了液压缸标准中要求的所有型式试验项目,并给出了间距便于调节的加载框架方案。工业性试验结果表明:该试验台性能稳定,工作可靠。
針對目前液壓缸試驗裝置存在的不足,設計瞭液壓缸試驗檯的液壓控製繫統,運用C#語言進行多線程和多模塊化編程,開髮瞭基于嵌入式操作繫統Windows CE的自動測控繫統,實現瞭液壓缸標準中要求的所有型式試驗項目,併給齣瞭間距便于調節的加載框架方案。工業性試驗結果錶明:該試驗檯性能穩定,工作可靠。

Aiming at the lack of current existing hydraulic cylinder test device, the hydraulic control system of hydraulic cylinders test?bed was designed. With multi?threaded and multi?modular programming by C# language, an automatic control system based on embedded operating system Windows CE was developed, and all types of test items required by the standard of hydraulic cylinders were achieved, and the loading framework program was given in which the space could be adjusted conveniently. Industrial test results show that the test?bed is reliable with stable characteristic.
