某晶质铀矿粒度适中、性脆易磨,尤其是磨矿后晶质铀矿部分泥化严重,针对其特点采用不同重选工艺进行对比. 试验结果表明,-0 .074 mm含量为33%时,采用螺旋选矿—摇床—尼尔森联合重选工艺,可获得铀品位2 .52%、回收率91 .88%的铀精矿. 此方案工艺简单、操作简便、回收率高,可实现尼尔森选矿机在细粒晶质铀矿选别上的应用.

This article compared different gravity concentration processes of a finely grained and brittle uraninite ore , which is easily to be grinded to slime .The test result showed that utilization of spiral-shaker-nelson dressing process could obtain the uranium concentrate , the grade and re-covery of it were 2.52%and 91.88%, when the proportion of -0.074 mm fractions was 33%. This process was simple and easily operated to achieve high recovery , could promote the utilization of Knelson concentrator in uraninite dressing .
