采用化学多元素分析、XRD和SEM-EDS等技术对该铜矿的矿物组成和微观结构进行表征,研究表明:该铜矿中主要的有价元素为铜和银,含量分别为0.31%、20.51 g/t;铜主要赋存于黄铜矿中,未发现银的独立矿物,银可以作为综合回收的对象. 在工艺矿物学研究基础上,对铜矿进行了组合捕收剂浮选试验研究,通过磨矿细度试验,捕收剂种类、用量及配比试验,确定了磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占85%,BK320 +Z-200组合作为捕收剂,综合用量为80 g/t,配比为3:1. 通过"一次粗选、一次扫选、三次精选"的浮选工艺流程,可获得铜、银品位分别为17.21%、652.47 g/t,回收率分别为77.65%、45.38%的含银铜精矿,实现了低品位铜矿中铜、银的有效回收利用.

The micromorphology and phase composition were discussed by chemical element analy -sis, SEM, EDS and XRD technology .The results showed that main valuable elements are copper and silver, of which the content is 0.31%and 20.51 g/t respectively.Copper mainly occurred in chalcopyrite , while silver could be comprehensively recovered .Based on process mineralogy re-search, copper flotation condition tests including the grinding fineness , collector type, dosage and the ratio were conducted with combined collectors .A copper concentrate containing 17 .21% Cu and 652 .47 g/t with recovery rate of 77 .65%, 45 .38%respectively was obtained while the grind-ing fineness was 85%below 0.074 mm, using BK320 +Z-200 as the combined collector at a dosage of 80 g/t with a proportion of 3:1 , and applying a process of one roughing , three scavenging and three cleanings .
