针对装甲车乘员舱内温度较高的问题,本文设计了基于AT90CAN32的半导体温控系统.系统使用AT90CAN32单片机作为控制器,多个DS18B20温度传感器构成分布式制冷节点,利用已有的CAN总线资源实现控制器对车内各制冷节点的温度控制.采用神经网络进行PID算法参数整定,调整PWM波脉宽控制半导体制冷片工作状态.在给定目标温度下,进行制冷实验并给出了试验结果.试验结果证明:系统性能稳定可靠,制冷效果达到预期要求.

For the issue of high temperature of crew compartment in armored car, semiconductor temperature control system based on AT90CAN32 was designed . The system uses AT90CAN32 SCM as Controller Unit , using multiple DS18B20 temperature sensor to constitute a distributed refrigeration nodes, using the existing CAN bus resources to control temperature for each refrigeration nodes in armored car. Neural network PID algorithm was applied in parameter tuning. Adjusting PWM wave pulse width to control the working state of semiconductor refrigeration piece . At an expected temperature , the cooling experiments were conducted and the test results were obtained. Experimental results show that a stable and reliable system can achieve the expected cooling performance.
