大众传播作为人类最重要的一种传播形式, 可以通过灵活多样的传播方式传承少数民族历史文化. 目前, 我国传媒业取得了巨大成就, 并且已经进入高强度竞争和规模化发展的阶段. 本文试图以笔者所处的甘孜藏区为基点, 立足在大众传播视野下, 着重分析民族传统文化所面临的传承困境和挑战, 通过对少数民族地区大众传播的特征以及大众传媒在民族文化传承与保护中的角色的把握, 正确认识大众传播对民族文化传承的作用并提出相应对策; 从而对促进甘孜藏区传统文化的可持续性发展, 对及时抢救和保留甘孜藏区民间文艺和风土习俗具有积极意义.

Mass media as one of the most important human communication forms can be flexible in in-heriting the history and culture.At present, China's media industry has made great achievements, and has entered the stage of the development of strong competition and scale.So based on the perspective of mass communication this article analyzes the difficulties and challenges faced by minority areas, Garze Ti-betan Autonomous Prefecture in particular, also the characteristics and roles of mass media during the culture inheritance and protection in minority areas;and then puts forward some countermeasures to these challenges so as to promote the sustainable development of the traditional culture, and to protect the folk arts and customs of Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.
