饲养牲畜的数量和人们消费肉产品的动物蛋白含量,是决定氮污染影响程度的两个关键因素. 随着我国肉产品消费数量和畜禽养殖总量的持续上升,制定并推行畜禽产品氮足迹减量机制对减少氮污染具有重要的战略意义. 通过梳理国内外氮足迹评价理论研究成果与畜禽养殖氮污染足迹控制政策制度发展情况,设计我国畜禽产品氮足迹减量研究框架,阐述我国畜禽产品氮足迹评价的规范制定与试验流程、我国消费者的禽畜产品氮足迹认知与低氮畜禽产品支付意愿调查研究框架与流程、我国畜禽产品氮足迹减量机制的主要研究内容.

The number of livestock and human consumption of animal protein content of meat products de-termine the degree of nitrogen pollution. With the rising of meat products consumption and the number of live-stock and poultry breeding,it plays a more important strategic significance to formulate and implement livestock and poultry products nitrogen footprint reduction mechanism in order to reduce nitrogen pollution. The research framework of reducing nitrogen footprint in the production of livestock and poultry products is constructed by an-alyzing nitrogen footprint evaluation theory and the development of policies and systems about the control of the nitrogen pollution footprint in livestock and poultry breeding at home and abroad.The main contents of research framework include China 's livestock products nitrogen footprint assessment norms and testing, consumers 'awareness of the livestock products nitrogen footprint and willingness to pay for livestock products that are low in nitrogen,and livestock products nitrogen footprint reduction mechanism.
